Does Matt reply to your emails. Seems like he picks and chooses who he will reply to and really doesn't give any clear detail from what I can see.

The only thing they've posted about California is that Matt made a call to a 'budtender' in California to talk about the MJ dispensary market.

That's like calling a Walmart checkout girl to ask her if she thinks you should invest in Walmart.

Budtenders are pretty much just the cash register person.

Anyone can pick up a phone and call a budtender. Is that the big news that Matt thought would move the SP?
