Notice how PDXP is having 'difficulties' passing that .0029/.003 area? That is resistance on the chart. It is churning just below this resistance and IMO, it will break it easily and skip to .0041 where there is a smaller resistance, then skip to .005 (another small one). .006 here is the key level. If .006 breaks on large volume, we are looking at .01+ minimum.
