Groups that promote these garbage tickers like APPZ will cross trade to run volume up to give the false impression of buying so they can dump shares.

Who ever is accumlating will wait until they flush all the flippers out first. I grabbed a starter just because APPZ is a known ticker and penny stocks are cyclical period end of story. Many people who lost money back in 2014 are now long gone so enter new money along with their new CEO
