Just noticed that company they purchased even had decreasing revenues from Jan 2016 - Jan 2017. I guess the good part of descreasing revenues is the losses are smaller. -410k versus -376k. At the time of the purchase the company had lost 151K on 32 mill. Their gross margins are very small. Gonna take a bit to make some money.

With their revenue generating system i guess they need the million to cover them for the time being.

Well, just in case, this recent deal was “Financing” NOT “Convertible Debt”.

So, your post about GOPH “grinding down to .75” just isn’t realistic whatsoever.
