So why when RCPI moved to FL did they just basically abandon all their manufacturing equipment in VA. Why didn't they sell it off? I've never understood that.
So per this news article, is there still product sitting in the warehouse? Apparently some former employees had broken back in and were selling some of it on Ebay. It was only when the front of the building flooded was it discovered. The warehouse part apparently didn't flood. I wonder if the product is still good after all these years. Materials as in raw materials? Surely they would have taken any raw anatabine with them. Cosmetic products? The cream?
County Administrator Wayne Carter, who serves as secretary of the IDA, said the warehouse is filled with products and materials left behind by the former tenant Rock Creek Pharmaceuticals, successor to Jonnie Williams’ Star Scientific company. .... Rock Creek also left behind cosmetic products, equipment and other items at the Chase City facility.
With the holidays I got side tracked and with not much happening didn't think there was any hurry. If I don't hear back from Ms. Richenderfer today I'll call her in the morning.
