they would need significant revenue on the Canadian deal or some sort of pura major contract for this to fly north and maintain its value based on the current o/s but id like to see this around .05-.10.

This is a long play with the right timing happening for it in Canada and Cali. we could luck out and see .50, whose to say but this did pop five years ago.
