I just called fidelity and confirmed my PURA shares are not restricted. I remain confused as to how one would know if they've purchased USMJ issued Puration shares, which the notice says are restricted. In any case, if there's confusion call your broker. I am satisfied and am letting mine ride the glorious winds of legalization in California and Canada for the time being.
