Ok, problem is, where exactly is the pump at btcs? On the board here? Or the dump? Last time we saw what looked like a pump and dump operation was in August when we went to .57. Since then, IMHO and you have to agree, it almost looks like the opposite and someone is actually trying very hard to depress the price not pump it. As they say in life, you need to look out for the quiet ones....
