Obviously a share structure . That is if both company's merge like it says and the share structure is adjusted. I do see this at multiple penny's under the current structure. At .05 that would put us at 40 million, THAT IS WELL WITHIN A CAP . Just 5he other day there was a stock with 7B outstanding selling at .035. Very real.
