How is JB&ZJMY holding company an empty shell when there was a company merged into not on November 3rd? It’s in a legal document on the Wyoming SOD website. And no it’s empty, defies logic to merge and empty shell with an empty shell.

I can assure you that the recently merged ZJMY into JBZY has the batteries. You can say that never happened a thousand times but RO confirmed that the recent merger includes the batteries that are obviously being produced and being installed in EVs.
