I used to think that too when I first got into JBZY. Let's make sense of this.

Suppose there are corporations merging together and they are worth billions of $ together with a potential to make trillions over the next two decades. Do you seriously believe that these people are dumb enough to go the OTC route because it's supposedly cheaper and easier? That is 110% bullshit.

Billion dollar corporations coming together would have a huge team of lawyers dotting the i's and crossing the t's on building a real registered NASDAQ level IPO stock, not some low level reverse merger OTC stock. Only those who want to gain capital dumping shares on investors take this route. That is what JBZY is doing and the glorified bullshit DD investors wants us to believe the biggest energy solution to mankind is doing it this way. It's bullshit.
