Statistically the chances of relisting are extremely small.

Since January 1, 2010 - 1,636 Suspended SEC Registered Filers (for Financials delinquencies) sent to the Grey Market and then revoked:

Only 2 stocks re-registered after being revoked - 2 out of 1,636 - that is 0.12%.

The 2 stocks DHCC and FTNW.

DHCC doesn't have any mods on the ihub board and the last post was 04/03/2016.

FTNW has recovered and is doing very well.

Adamson would have to provide audited financials - file a Form 10 and find a MM that would file a Form 211.

There isn't a chance that HJOE re-registers - look at how much BS Adamson has done - the fake luxury resort for signing a deal with a distributor - his idiot posts on social media - the guy is barely literate - Adamson claimed HJOE was going be successful in lawsuits filed by TCA, PLN and KBM - Adamson's track record in court is dismal.

Then ole slick Adamson used a fake address in his SEC filings - that didn't work out very well - and even worse for shareholders.

But shareholders that invested more than they can afford to lose - only have hope and wishful thinking left - as they are holding worthless shares.

Hell, Adamson can't keep current with the Colorado SOS - they are delinquent.

The funniest part is the storyline that HJOE was working with the SEC.

That storyline falls apart when Adamson tried to file a Form 15 to keep from being revoked - but the idiot filed the Form 15 for the wrong company.

Yet, some still think HJOE will do the filings to re-registered - the facts are the odds are that a few HJOE fans will be posting in 5 years that sales are huge and HJOE will be relisted soon.
