Jack/MMEX used the charade to run the PPS up as the conversion of the first note started. True-believers cooperated, even though nothing material happened - this is what share-selling schemes like MMEX rely upon.

Agreed many wait until everything I put into play so that there is no risk what so ever, they have to pay more, but they can afford to.
