I like that too, flipping this one is basically a vehicle to generate funds for other investments while everytime this one flatlines is a great buyback point at 3s, which we both know 2/3 is a solid buy in point. This is the only one at this cost approach that is attempting to build a franchise, while many others if and I mean a big if this is able to take off, we are trading in nickel to silver territory once there is a couple of years of earnings in the Canadian market.
the play is a smart one imo, granted I understand there are other investors that would rather buy for 10% profits on smaller movements lol.
