Until they sell into the FLOAT, will be a long time. More important, the increase in AS could be tied to pay por the $1,000,000 with shares which will be restricted as usual for a year at least.

So, right now THERE IS NO DILUTION AND CANNOT BE. THE NON-FILING PREVENTS THE COMPANY FROM DILUTING.
