I feel we are moving in circles here. The latest known information is what I did share from the sec filing: FCC owns 80% of BTZO.

No matter what the plan is/was, it’s all about where we are at now.
We don’t know things for sure due to the lack of filings.
But if we leave out all speculations on what never has happened in any filings. The most likely is, there is no merger and btzo still owns 80% of GERS and fcc still owns 80% of btzo.

Everybody can go shopping for what they like in all kind of rumors, but let’s stick to the facts when we say what’s correct or not and call everything else an opinion.
