If $TVOG delivers on their word to their partner Network 1 it will be interesting to see if Network 1 provides more money to them.

Agree with that statement. The stock is certainly setting up to win from infrastructure, tax bill, and increase in shipping rates.
Do you know if bitumen tankers can only be used for bitumen or can they also be used to transport other petroleum products?

That's one of my questions...can this compete with FREE or DRYS as far as price. Those stocks made Millions.
