Just an assumption but the “holdco” merger company AS is 300 million and the statement that shareholders of IFXY will get a 1:1 share when merger is complete to me would mean that by increasing the AS here to 3 billion then getting the PPS to say .01 doing a 1/10 RS bringing the AS here to 300 million (matching the AS of Holdco) and the PPS to $1.00 (sufficient to uplist the the OTCQB)

Again just an assumption but it’s a logical one based on news, 8k’s, and company social media statements.
