I can't help by to disagree. But if you are right Kim owes his shareholders an explaination anyway.
Why wait till the very last minute to ship?
There are very few reasons to hold out on a completed order.

I will not believe that it took exactly till the end of his expectations.
There should have been a PR stating "we didn't meet our expectations because......." or a "we ARE shipping it this weekend" by the last working day of the year.
Not silence or forward looking statements.

Even if the silk can be produces as easy as I expect it won't sell to anyone if Kim and Jon don't communicate clearly and often.
They need to learn how to follow up after a statement.
It's like they forgot everything they said right after they said it.
