#32254 RE: cover2 #32253

No one knows and no one can find out. Schaefer has gagged the TA. Which is only TA for two other OTC companies, btw.

The SS info you have is from the OTCM website. If you go to Nevada SOS, you'll see that Schaefer has increased the A/S twice since 2016. The only reason to do that is when the current A/S is close to being maxed out, so you'd have to guess that the current O/S is in excess of 3B now.

Btw, the two increases I mentioned above were just those since OTCM was last updated. Prior to that, there were three other increases between 5/15 and 5/17. The A/S started at just 200M. So, you can see how much Schaefer diluted the stock in just over two and a half years all the while the sp dropped from $.003 to where it is now.

Also, CCTL is now in default at Nevada SOS until they pay the fees owed, which currently stand at $2,725. Apparently, Schaefer doesn't have that much cash on hand. Which, is understandable, since the last report at OTCM, covering the period to Dec 2015 shows cash on hand to be just $730. And with the company having no revenue generating businesses that shareholders know of, I can't see them having more cash than that now.
