Just another article/opinion that is out there. Only those biotechs/companies that have a proven and strong pipeline have a good chance of being bought out for a really nice premium.
Does a bumbling and gasping ADXS even stand a chance? Nothing much to show for in the past 5 years since they were leaders in immunotherapy; not making the headlines even once. ADXS will look to survive as a going-concern sometime in middle of 2018 and will have to make necessary arrangements to raise capital, while promising small biotechs get bought out.
Lots of acquisitions next year with the cash hoard coming home. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see advaxis bought out. We'll see going to be an interesting year in any case.
