not when they make it in such a way that they use clever wording in their prs e.g. i dont mean lying. id rather call it deception in such a way that the SEC cant complain. i just say: trial fall 2016.

however a company like Mutt Labs doesn’t have to worry about that...the consequences would be significantly less if any.
