He was Interim CEO here some time back< I understand that he left here for ethical reasons, Has his own company as you know but other than still holding class C shares here he has no involvement that we are aware of. Highlander seems concerned about him though.

Steve BERMAN owns 100% of TXTM Class C preferred shares, which gives him 200 votes per each of these PREFERRED shares?
