R/S is imminent now. The better question is will it be 1 for 5 or 1 for 10. I think it could go all the way to 1 for 20.

Lion, look at the news out this morning, their is your reason not to sell your shares. Patent now is well protected...this is worth BIG BUCKS!!! This really sweetens the pot for a buyout or partnership. I don't think they will do a R/S. Not enough shares outstanding. Would be foolish and they know it...

I would get out, ZSAN is dead money for a long while. Just looked at Argos (ARGS), as they did a 1/20 RS yesterday. It is the kiss of death for them. Management at ZSAN is sneaky, releasing critical press releases after close of business on Friday afternoons. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. The hint of a RS and increasing the number of shares outstanding has made me realize they are not in it for the shareholders. BOL
