I think they may be thinking intelligently here....Why?

Because:
1. There is NO DILUTION for 2.5+ years in HHSE. A huge Pink rarity.
2. There can be NO DILUTION if the stock is OTC ("anything", but current)

3. It's clear with the Alchemy "losses" that HHSE did not have a strong quarter,...
4. They can REPORT the previous quarter with THIS UPCOMING, & show HUGE GAINS Q-o-Q

5. Do ALL their corporate governance in ONE SHOT
6. Save money doing it this way

7. Make a LARGER IMPACT for shareholders adding at these levels
8. As the MARKET (traditionally) & OTC investors love EMERGING OTC stocks that are going CURRENT with momentum, improving financials, prospects, product into Big Box retail & the like.

So for THESE REASONS,... & others I've disclosed, as well as the MARKETS
LOOKING FORWARD,...I think HHSE is LOOKING GREAT as they move into CANNES Film Festival & have other catalysts which have HISTORICALLY proven profitable for HHSE shareholders buying around this time of year.

I like what I see so far...& am continuing to do my DD.
