Do you know the answer to the royalty question? Because that will clearly show what Pandey and the Nigerian government expect XKEM's income to be. Unless I am missing something here...

I'd ask if you knew how many pharmacies there were in Nigeria to figure out the pre-purchase but that would be pushing it.
