I think phase two is officially done and they haven't made a PR out of it yet. That's just a guess. It's either that or a big elephant decided to feed from the trough. I can't remember it having anywhere near a million shares traded, even when it was at 14 cents. THIS IS STILL A SCREAMING BUY AT THESE LEVELS, IMO. I'm just glad I filled the tank a month ago.
