$OWCP VNDM is sitting on the ask at .545 and is out of the picture at the moment.

Why in the world would they raise funds now?? This will be over $2 in January and they know it b/c they are holding back updates till 2018. Plus they have enough cash to last 2 years. Look at the website pipeline and drug trial cost table.

Obviously someone is selling. It can only be from the company selling. I thought so when I saw the PR the other day.
Indeed, I believe the company is raising funds..
That explains why we aint moving north.
