That's a tall order for Matt. He actually needs to accomplish something that is tangible in terms of products, partners, etc. I don't think he's done any of that yet. I'm not sure if there's even a product and why its such a secret.
He said that he was going to hire patent attorneys to file patents, etc. He didn't say he actually had a product in his hands. Do you know how long that could take? Could take years to get a patent approved. So, he could milk this for years to come.
My concern is that he could find a reason to raise the A/S. He may say something like, oh we had to issue preferreds to our new partner, etc, and they want to convert to commons, etc. Then, potentially something like, oh in order to do this deal, our partner wants us to reverse split the shares, etc.
I wonder if the shareholders in his other tickers were this diligent :)
