I expect legal recreational marijuana which will begin January 2018 in California, to make the case for legalization nationwide. With recreational MJ in California legalized, this will start the mega revitalization processes throughout the state of California. It will add a billion dollars (just for starters) in California alone, from an industry expected to rapidly double, triple and quadruple in the coming years. And yes, Nipton will be included in this mega revitalization. Right no w there are billionaire businessmen, and corporations looking at California, and getting ready to pounce on the inevitable fortunes that will be generated. When the inevitable legalization of cannabis nationwide finally occurs, the prosperity in the United States will be phenomenal. American Green will grow and prosper from all of this. Jmho.

No, it will still be up to the county. Liquor is legal Federally but there are still plenty of places where you can't buy it.
