Cheers Nicehit! Good to see you visiting the board again. As always, there exist two diametrically opposed views. What I believe to be true is my personal view and may prove null and void in the end.

Therefore, before I proceed let me state the following:

Do NOT purchase so much as a single share of this until such time as we receive news. You and I know all too well the history of this abomination, and the continual and repetitious fleecing of the shareholders for the past many years. DO NOT INVEST SO MUCH AS A PENNY. However, should you currently hold your old shares, I would not sell at this time...JMO...my personal view.

Additionally, the DTC Chill was quietly lifted several years back. I believe it occurred within approx 6 months of Neom's merger with Qode Services Corporation. I do not recall the precise date, but it may have been 11/2014). I find THIS tidbit particularly compelling ;-)

PS: I should add that Neomedia's patents refer to 'any machine readable input,' not merely 2D barcodes. Some here will argue the patents have been reassigned to NM, LLC which appears to be a YA subsidiary.

However, I've yet to view ANY announcement or filing stating NEOM filed BK, and we have already experienced a merger with a Neom subsidiary (Qode Services Corporation). Repetitious history has long been associated with YA, and I firmly believe we will bear witness to a reverse merger of sorts (with one or more entities) along with a third and final r/s to consolidate the shares.

EDITED TO ADD:
The website has been changed from neom.com to qode.com, and was recently announced as such on Twitter by NM, LLC, yet the Investors page continues to exist with "NeoMedia" mentioned throughout the page, while it also continues to formally provide a link to the ticker (NEOM). Numerous additional mentions of Neomedia have been identified throughout the site.

All of the above...JMO...and may carry no bearing on reality ( ;-) shrug)
