#142341 RE: JLHammer #142340

Go read what happened with ICLD this year. I sold most of mine just before the RS. But they had 80B in revenue early in 2017. But the debt is king, and it took them down. They were actually on Nasdaq, now on OTCQB, but well under a penny, so will probably drop to pinks soon.
Oh, and a friend of mine lost 95% of their ICLD portfolio after a mere 1 for 4 reverse split. And, now, less than a year later, it looks like another one is in the works.
Debt is the killer of companies. No matter what dreams they have, if they don't keep debt under control, it will control the company, and force reverse split after reverse split.
BVTK has already had two, and now has an OS over 8B shares, with an AS of 10B. Soon, something will HAVE to happen, because it is the debt holders that determine when to convert, not BVTK. And there is more debt than AS remaining.
