point was is that OPXS filings reflected that they were clearly creating the story as they went along. As the now found original 8K filing reflects, OPXS DE issued shares to Longview & Arland in 12/08 & then 1+ year later another OPXS filing claimed that Alpha sold all his shares to Arland in 10/08 which was not possible b/c company had not issued shares to anyone to sell in 10/08. Not to mention, Longview/Alpha/Hirschman's OPXS DE was like a couple weeks in the making - they formed & filed for incorporation in Delaware mid-Sept AND Andrey Oks who was attending NYU allegedly replaced Sustut's Hughes around that same time frame.
