Oh yes, I lost a few $k in this as well as in DRYS. Both screwed over shareholders.
I'd like nothing more than to see these guys in jail, (well maybe them making good my losses ;-)) but unfortunately that's extremely unlikely to happen.
Both stocks right now are selling at huge premiums to their underlying values, IMHO.
