It just dawned on me why SVTE would have registered in WY with well over twice the AS than they can foreseeably use. The principals are protecting themselves during the restructuring for just what I said. There are wolves who do takeovers for a living, as well as other companies who might consider it. SVTE would be a tempting takeover target, but wolves would only be able to get their hands on maybe 20-25% of the AS. That Bob's a smart cookie, covers his bases pretty well. SVTE is turning into an interesting case study.
