about to happen.
"they were in imminent danger of being swept away"
synonyms: impending, close (at hand), near, (fast) approaching, coming, forthcoming, on the way, in the offing, in the pipeline, on the horizon, in the air, just around the corner, coming down the pike, expected, anticipated, brewing, looming, threatening, menacing; informalin the cards
"a ceasefire was imminent"

Does this mean days? No it does not. It does however imply that it is close. First off, companies issue out PR's to sell shares on the pink sheets. They have somewhere between 1.1-1.4 million dollars settlement debt. If you bothered to read the financials, you'd learn that $HAON besides its capital available in it's share structure - is broke. Their main acquisition - HOPP is the main thing driving this thing right now. Without seeing the new quarterly estimates - changes made to HOPP's facility to reduce overhead, we can estimate that they pull in about $1.2 million a year.

Now if your a CEO of a publicly shared startup, would you rather the company allocate all of it's earnings towards paying off the settlement, or, let the shareholders foot the bill while revenues are allocated towards growth & eventual share reductions?

Many who are buying this security, ARE NOT buying it for a quick flip. This is the WRONG stock for that. The whales that are loading this are hoping that HOPP eventually doubles it's revenue growth and allocates a portion of it's earnings to reducing the float, while expanding it's business.

I'm honestly anticipating this will begin to show some movement somewhere mid Q1.
