Sandy is CEo of BKMP who does he have to answer to? IMHO He is the one that decided to issue the Preferred dividends.

the reason why people are so intent on US penetration is partly due to the fact that the pps WILL NOT move with PR's regarding ANYTHING from Canada.. people realize that investors will not put down big money UNLESS we get a US carrier/BuyBack/Increase in ownership. period. some of these shareholders have been with BKMP for almost a year waiting, so you will have those shareholders that are on the edge waiting for something big to happen. it's nothing against canda, but more to do with how the market perceives BKMP's worth. it's apparent that none of the recent PR's have had much of an effect, so we wait.

I'm pretty sure a CEO would not issue a 130 trillion preferred divy if he did not have a plan.. IMO... and it's been said and possible that their partnership is 50/50 since BKMP financed TFN.. correct me if any of this is wrong, but this is what i gather from what i have read.. GLTA!
