Where's the 8K filing for the letter to the shareholders from last week? There was an 8K filed for the letter to the shareholders from June 7th. Why not this recent one? Is it because it's not all factual? Hanks would be committing fraud if he filed an 8K for this latest letter if it wasn't all factual information.
