* I am assuming the MM algorithm has a problem with short inventory held, so the alert is for a "live MM" to check the books.

* canon; Thanks for calling the TA. The restricted count changes up during the month with the movement of shares on deposit for the MM's to pick up. Usually in the first week of the month it is back in balance.
