The name of the new company in one word is AREVA.

I wanted to submit three (3) names but couldn't figure out how to do it.

My names were : SpiralEnergy; SpiralPower; SpiralTechnologies

But in the most recent SEC filing it states LTBR will pay Areva 3 million related to the JV. Why would LTBR be paying Areva if they were about to be bought by them? The buyout theory only makes sense if it was formulated after the recent filing.
