assume a mere $10,000 that is issued as debt and converted to common at .0001.

That $10,000 = converted at .0001 = 100,000,000 shares. if only sold at .001= $100.000.00

all assumptions and yet to be proven, there is a public record of debt to common......that is a small example..... always seems to be a seller at any price , eh ? alota , huh ?
