@Billybob2411, the PR says nothing about buying them. If they bought them, wouldn't we get more details than this? What did they give in exchange? Money, shares, how much?
It says "completed talks", not completed acquisition or closed deal? I think there is more to this and wish they would communicate all, otherwise we don't find out details until Q4/YE Financials in March/April.
