#49543 RE: otis1111 #49536

YeahOtis, on_the_questions to_submit, NOTICE_we're_NOT having_a_commercial web-hosting company:

Where: Via phone by dialing +1 844-887-9402 or +1 412-317-6798 and ask for the Applied DNA call; via webcast.

A telephonic replay of the conference call will be available for one day and may be accessed by calling +1 877-344-7529 or +1 412-317-0088 with the passcode 10113295. The webcast will be archived in the Investor Relations section of the company's website.

Figuring Stonybrook's IT student interns more than capable of an INTERRUPT FREE telecon. Accompanying video on web too, they can handle THAT and all the multimedia (ain't indicated on the message)

Suggesting everyone call in early, hopefully they provide the video feed over the WEB. May be reduced to an audio hub/bridge with the power point available for download on Friday.

This ain't a sign of any pending apocalypse. Just an operational note. It does indicate we'll have a webcast, implying streaming video.

In the telecon or full multimedia presentation, they HAVE to talk about the Drug Master Filing today. THE STATUS. I think we all expect that. If you didn't submit any questions yet, I wouldn't expect an open mike or listener call-in session that's not scripted.

Anybody have any questions, submit them to Sanjay @shurry@lhai.com;212-838-3777. Holding off myself till after the call. Sanjay already knows most of mine.

  (1) Need to hear some news on progress with African Fertilizer, and is kickoff still expected in early 2018. Turkey's fertilizer suggestion would be NICE, but probably going to have to wait for Turkey's shin dig on 1st of January for that.

(2)Where's our progress with Organicott? From sources, our excipient application HAS NOT been cleared:

As an accredited Certifying Agent by the United States Department of Agriculture National Organic Program, the Texas Department of Agriculture Organic Certification Program has the authority to certify organic producers as well as processors, distributors and retailers of organic agricultural products. To be certified, an operation must comply with organic production and handling regulations established by the USDA National Organic Program (NOP).Link to Texas DoA organics page

Seems like ORGANICALLY GROWN is a good sector for us to be certified in. August's mistake on posting Woolham Gin's qualification was way too premature. Woolham had already STOPPED using our marking method.

Maybe why Himatsingkta America had enough joy juice for marking 30 million pounds of other cotton. AND, in charity to Jim and Stonybrook, they MAY have been blind-sided by this, and HIMATSINGKTA failed to pass on the word.

I really hope that's the case.

As a 3-d party supplier in a complex chain, this may be a lesson for US. Just need to hear Hayward's side of this, and just gave him an out.

All I got. Am looking forward to the telecon and video stream if available.

GL To Us All,
VR
