#95775 RE: Robodog #95774

Up until and through the May shareholder meeting they were in the process of renewing their own FAA certification effort using the Kalitta leased 767. A new FAA office was assigned (Indianapolis) and they had assurances that they could claim some of the previous efforts toward the re-newed certification.
When they switched to the Songbird route, they left all the renewed certification efforts on the table and that path was terminated. All this was documented by 8ks and PRs.
But you're right, they are no worse off than they were in Nov 2016 except that they've aborted two more efforts since that time and wasted some FAA good will.

They do not know what they are doing. They have no management that knows anything about certification or operating any kind of airline.

Nah, we're not blind to Tony and the crew's accomplishments this past year.

Fell out of Kalitta's good graces.

Being sued for about 9 million dollars, so far.

Gave away a million dollars.

Found unfit by the DOT.

Can't raise capital due to outstanding liabilities.

Still no current financials; supposedly they're under review.
I suspect: they never were redone, they were too screwed up to fix, or the auditor hasn't been paid for services yet.

Have they been evicted from Willow Run yet?

ZERO ACCOMPLISHMENTS SINCE TONY TOOK OVER! ALL WINDOW DRESSING.... THE WORST THING THEY EVER DID WAS TO GO AFTER THE SONGBIRD CERT....... THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THE FINANCIALS FIRST, RESTRUCTURED THE COMPANY AND THEN PROCEED WITH THEIR OWN CERTIFICATION. THEY WOULD HAVE HAD A MUCH BETTER SHOT AT GETTING IT DONE IN MY OPINION.
