Do you have any statistics or links to support your theory that the USPTO uses terms like "real" vs "fake" based on a company's choice to 1) pay more money to Register a Trademark, or 2) establish protection through the cheaper alternative known as the "Common Law Trademark"?

P.S. I don't invest in real pharmaceutical companies. OWCP is my fave cannabis biopharma because they don't use fake marijuana.

All real companies registered their trademarks. Why don't you check some real pharmaceutical companies.
