NHOD! .52 whole sector on fire! tablets, multiple myeloma , psoriasis cream. ip protected products, some already market ready! wouldn't be surprised to see a JV w a big pharma. TSX listing sounds like it is coming near term as well! all extremely bullish, it was a long road down from the top but it has now reversed, for OWCP and whole MJ sector.

To date, our intellectual property portfolio comprises 7 patent families and includes 21 filings in selected domains at various stages from PCT filings, National Phase filings and Continuations in Part (CIP). Two of the patent families are in the field of Multiple Myeloma and the other families are in the fields of pharmaceutical emulsions, Fibromyalgia, Migraine, Sexual Function and Skin Disorders. These filings encompass pharmaceutical compositions and devices in these fields.

See page 16 of the 10-Q if anyone has any doubts about the existence of patents.

Below is a WIPO link to 10 active/published patent applications. OWCP's IP doesn't need to be in final grant form to be protected. (To ask for proof of grants is to suggest there is no protection of the IP.)

I think most understand the process of filing an application through the granting of same, and that a published application provides full protection as long as the follow up steps happen in a timely manner. OWCP has been managing their patent process very well.

Once individual patents are granted, we can post them. In the meantime, accumulate. This baby is something to treasure!
