I have no idea, other than manipulation or somebody who purchased cheaper than the .04s. Also, Fidelity Time & Sales is showing a small purchase I made today as a sell instead of buy, so who knows...

I don't have level 2 either, but if you use Fidelity and make at least 3 trades per month, you have access to "Active Trader Pro," which allows you to pull up T&S to see the trades going through.
