Wow, thank you sir! I've been sweating this years taxes and that's a really kind offer.

Between a pretty good OTC year, and selling then buying investment properties (1031 but not 100% rebuy), I've got to figure out this capital gains pretty quickly.

Also married filing jointly with not a w-2 in sight. We've both been self employed for 15+ years. Always used turbo tax with no problems, but I've got some more variables this year.

I think I have a pretty good handle on/idea of the capital gains implications - but - Thanks Much - I might take you up on the offer!
