Of course, one of the many points that people consistently ignore or miss.

I can only relate as to similar events which occur before me quite often, and end of year, going through that a lot lately (updating and briefing people on 2018 expectations and direction).

Seems some are waiting for and questioning license(s). California simple process and rubber stamp, and their offices also working non stop, displayed by open on January 1st.

The question of "where will they get the money" is one I can directly relate to as have heard such...

Hmmmm......entering the largest recreational market on earth in 4 days with a cultivation footprint of 300,000 sq. ft.+, of which contains currently active multi ton operations, and several established retail locations and $5MM pops up which surely has nothing to do with an additional acquisition.

My coded guess on the Jan 4-5th option previous as well.

20 days away from the inauguration of the most pro cannabis Governor ever to take office, firmly committed to furthering recreational in the 2nd largest market in the world in their first 100 days which holds an additional significant cultivation footprint.

Hmmm, seems the Nevada cultivation and vertical integration also overlooked as well.

All of the above directly affecting operations and financials in endless ways (positive, beneficial).

Of course, on the slightest correction the happy dance will be seen and touted as an indication of the certainty of the complete collapse of the company....because of course, who ever heard of a correction or pullback in the market, all coming from self proclaimed wealthy, successful, expert traders who are so much so, that their great success allows them the opportunity to dedicate their time and effort to a board of something they don't hold or support.

And as previously addressed, the slightest glimmer of understanding of the industry and such operations absent, as there are those holding a fraction of the cultivation footprint this company does presenting $1 billion annual revenue projections from said operations (which as previously stated, I do not agree, support, and think extremely inaccurate, but an indication of the production capabilities of such a footprint(s).

Occasionally one will see reference to a "$40MM company", which is "lunch money" and "couch change" and now a figure long gone and extremely outdated. They're now entering 9 figure territory, case closed.
