I agree with you. Money will flow to the pols pals or their own back pockets as investors in a corporation. No way these regs are ironed out in time for the so called official launch. At any rate many projections I have seen are wild eyed on price per pound and within a year or two, it will be a commodity at 1,000 or less for the avg lb. I doubt anyone but Coastal will even rent space at the price they are going to have to ask to pay host community agreements, public co expenses, and a crazy near 400k a month to the CFO's family if the greenhouses ever grow to capacity. Most of theses no touch the plant, just lease operations actually own the real estate but not in this case, the CFO's family does. ACAN owns nothing but an agreement and I do not think even the final lease terms with Coastal are signed or even approved by the regulators.
